John is an experienced, commercially focused and professional Human Resources consultant, with over 20 years of business experience in market leading organisations across a range of industry sectors including Health, Manufacturing, FMCG, Travel, Financial Services, Retail and Trade Services.
As an Associate at 360HR John works with business owners and senior management to ensure their HR and business strategies align. He believes that the best results are built on a relationship of rapport, trust and authenticity. John works hard to understand where every one of his clients is coming from, as well as their goals and objectives. His strength is in partnering with clients to diagnose human resources needs and develop and implement tailored solutions that improve business performance.
He has extensive capability in areas such as recruitment, job design, performance management, learning and development, employment law compliance, HR policy development and industrial/employee relations and related change management. He has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and other HR related qualifications.
HR consulting services for a recognised Australian national body representing the “welding” industry. After consultation on a number of HR related issues a range of actions were agreed and implemented including:
- the enableHR system
- a customised range of HR and WHS policies, templates and processes
- assistance with the communication process to all staff in regard to this HR Program, including several face to face information sessions
- Recruitment of a National Sales Manager for a leading distributor of off-road tyres, wheels and rubber tracks.
John was engaged to work with an income protection insurance provider that had recently experienced growth and recognised the need to provide HR management skills to newly hired managers. John provided guidance in regard to some of the essential HR management competences they would need to manage their teams. John then designed and delivered a series of training workshops in the following topic areas:

- Recruitment Skills
- Managing Performance Issues
- Performance Management
