Myreen joined 360HR in 2010, having worked in the recruitment industry both in South Africa and Australia. It was her passion for working with people, and her dedication to her customers that shaped her future at 360HR. Myreen is the Project Officer for the Paralympic Workplace Diversity Program, assisting Australian Organisations employ suitably matched Diversity Ambassadors. Myreen also specialises in recruitment, focusing on clients in the Not for Profit and Education sectors.
We had the opportunity to work on a specific project –Setting up a call centre. It was a fantastic assignment in working with a project from infancy to completion as an outsourced provider. We started the campaign in finding a Call Centre Manager, then Team Leaders, and a team of 25 Call Centre Staff. We developed a strong successful relationship with our client, understanding the product and were able to draw on the widest possible pool of suitable candidates through a customised process.
Other assignments include a National Sales Manager, Director of Sales, HR Director, Business Development Manager
