Di Pass

Recruitment has always been a 360HR passion. Founder Di Pass had the unique experience of spearheading one of the most significant staffing projects in Australia’s recent history, heading up Staffing Services Support for the Sydney 2000 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Working in close partnership with the organising committee, SOCOG, this the project required consistent vision, innovation and drive, and saw an unprecedented 12,000 paid employees secured for an event of this size and complexity. 

Di Pass loves working with organisations to help provide solutions to people and workplace problems! 

We initially engaged Di Pass in her capacity as a Management Consultant to provide a review of our sales and marketing strategy and activity. Building on her extensive professional background in this field, she brought credibility, professionalism and an open engaging style. She quickly gained the trust of our team, questioned and listened actively and provided theI iInstitute with a detailed report and a multitude of recommendations. We soon learned that Di goes the extra mile. She not only advised about better ways to engage with clients, she opened doors and led us with her!
