The Accounts and Admin Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Finance department
- Accounts administration
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- General ledger account reconciliations
- Bank Reconciliations
- Data entry into accounting system
- Balance inter-company accounts
- Ad hoc administration
- Minimum 3 years local experience in bookkeeping or similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Strong computer skills, must have experience with large accounting system
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in payroll would be advantageous
