Accounts and Admin Assistant

The Role:

The Accounts and Admin Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Finance department

Responsibilities include:

  • Accounts administration
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • General ledger account reconciliations
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Data entry into accounting system
  • Balance inter-company accounts
  • Ad hoc administration

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years local experience in bookkeeping or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong computer skills, must have experience with large accounting system
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in payroll would be advantageous
