An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Administration Assistant to join the inner city office of a small, established company that provides beautiful solutions to architects, designers, builders and landscapers.

This role is varied, providing administration duties, including:

  • Answering phones
  • Responding to emails
  • Logistics
  • Arranging sample deliveries
  • Preparing quotations
  • Maintaining and improving filing system
  • Customer Service
  • General adhoc admin
Essential skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Previous experience in an admin role
  • Superior customer service skills
  • High level attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft
  • Good numeracy skills
