The Organisation:

The organisation that we’re recruiting for has a long history of providing quality Workwear, PPE and Safety Equipment. They have been growing very strongly in recent years and now need another strong account manager/business development manager to join the team.

The Role:

This role will see you nurturing relationships, growing sales from existing customers and developing new customer relationships.  You will be actively involved in the end to end sales process.

It is anticipated that you will have B2B sales experience. It would be ideal if your background includes the mining, building, construction, industrial or manufacturing markets. Experience selling workwear, PPE or safety equipment would be a bonus.

It is essential that you are self motivated and driven by achieving sales targets with strong verbal and written communication skills and happy to drive long distances.  You will have worked in a fast paced environment and enjoy the hunting and gathering of new business.

The remuneration package includes a good base salary, car allowance, superannuation & commission.
