Business Development Manager

The organisation that we’re recruiting for has a long history of providing quality Workwear, PPE and Safety Equipment. They have been growing very strongly in recent years and now need a Senior Business Development Manager to join the team.

You will be working with the State Sales Manager, Sales Team, Customer Service, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the business. You will source potential new customers, present to them and convert them into clients.

To be considered, it is expected that you will have a successful track record of new business development. It would be beneficial if your background includes selling into either the building, construction, industrial or manufacturing markets. Experience selling workwear, PPE or safety equipment would be a bonus.

It is essential that you are self-motivated and driven by achieving sales targets with strong verbal communication, written communication and commercial skills. It’s also important that you are well organised, have good attention to detail and are proficient with using Microsoft Office.

The remuneration package includes a good base salary, car allowance, superannuation & commission.
