The role:
  • Sales based call centre role
  • Follow up on enquiries
  • Provide relevant and accurate information to the customer
  • Understand customer’s objectives, buying decisions and assist in selecting the right products/services
  • Maintain accurate and timely pipeline reporting
The candidate:
  • Call Centre Professional with demonstrated experience in meeting and exceeding sales KPI’s in a high volume environment
  • Ability to manage in a fast paced call centre
  • Telephone sales experience – essential
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills,  building  rapport with customers
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills, and the ability to listen to the customer’s needs
  • Working With Children Check is essential 
  • B2C call centre experience
