Our client is an organisation that provides family-centred therapies, life skills programs, equipment & support. The beneficiaries include children, teenagers, parents & carers.

The role

The Corporate Partnerships Manager builds and maintains relationships with partners securing financial contributions that support the implementation of a range of strategic research and client-focused programs/services. The role is responsible for developing a network of strategic corporate funders to provide a sustainable pipeline of revenue & to ensure the successful achievement of agreed income targets.

  • Revenue Generation.  Collaborate internally developing & implementing strategies to maximise corporate revenue
  • Stakeholder Engagement. Represent the organisation at events. Communicate compelling cases to support the attraction & engagement of existing and new partners
  • Events & Communication. Develop & coordinate regular engagement events & functions, securing the commitment of new corporate supporters & to retain relationships with strategic long-term partners.
  • Reporting & Documentation. Prepare compelling reports for corporate partners to ensure the satisfactory acquittal of funding & to increase and secure ongoing funding.

Skills required

  • Demonstrated experience successfully securing corporate partnerships  & managing a corporate partnership program
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Experience in developing corporate collateral in collaboration with members of the fundraising team
  • Ability to secure face to face meetings with decision makers & finalise partnership agreements
  • Organising events for corporates which convert to stronger relationships and secured funding
