My client is a growing, knowledge-based agency and distribution business importing and supplying a unique range of specialty chemical products. They partner with some of the world’s leading producers of chemical specialties. With their head office based in Sydney, Australia, they utilise an extensive warehousing and logistics network to supply and service customers within Australia, the South Pacific and South East Asia. The company has more than doubled in size over the past 5 years and in line with that continuing success, they are seeking to hire another customer focused solutions officer.
Reporting to the Customer Solutions Team Leader, you will provide an important technical and customer support service. This will include tasks associated with customer service (phone & email), sales order processing, data entry, dispatch functions and other relevant project related activities for the Energy & Infrastructure business unit.
To be considered, it is essential that you are an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident. It is also expected that your English speech can be easily understood and your written English communication skills are high level. Previous customer service experience is expected to be considered for this role and some technical qualifications would be ideal but are not essential.
Personally, you must have high level relationship building skills, be a very flexible team player, have high attention to detail, be commercially and numerically astute, and a have genuine interest in this industry and role.
