Your duties:

  • Stat Accounts
  • Technical accounting
  • Revenue recognition
  • Commissions
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Accounts receivable

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the annual statutory reporting process and preparation of financial statements.
  • Preparation of technical accounting papers and integration of new accounting standards.
  • Responsible for the annual statutory reporting process and preparation of financial statements.
  • Actively involved with the month end processes including preparation of journal, balance sheet reconciliation, P&L analysis and internal reporting requirements are accurate, timely and complete.
  • Manage the Revenue Recognition process ensuring it is in accordance to the global policy.
  • Manage the property management fees process and ensure fees are loaded in the Finance system within a timely manner.
  • Continue to seek improvement efficiency and effectiveness of current processes.
  • Responsible for the balance sheet reconciliation and review process and balance sheet commentary to the Asia Pacific Regional Head Office.
  • Manage the Accounts Receivable functions.

Your Key Skills:

  • High level of analytical skills and computer literacy with the ability to expand these skills as necessary.
  • Excellent time management and ability to adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think outside the box, troubleshoot and resolved ad hoc matters.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is desirable.
  • Ability to multi-task, accept frequent change requests, be flexible with working hours and prioritise work within tight deadlines.
