This role is responsible for developing and growing a respected and expanding hospitality company’s social media presence on each social media platform, creating engaging photo and video content, and interacting with customers and staff to grow their unique brand.

  • Execute and implement results-driven social media strategy
  • Managing the company website
  • Generate new ideas for social media content for catalogues, flyers, customer presentations and advertisements
  • Attend events and produce live social media content
  • Maintain and build unified brand across different social media channels
  • Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms
  • Monthly scheduling of social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Develop and monitor ad campaigns
  • Social media promotions
  • Distribution of brochures/sales kits
  • Interpret and present monthly social media reports
  • Plan and execute EDM’s and blogs
The successful applicant must have: 
  • Ability to identify, define and target various client/customer segments
  • Ability to produce and nurture leads via digital/social activities
  • B2B experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Proven experience with social media campaigns
  • Adobe Photoshop/Mailchimp
  • SEO / Google marketing experience
  • Graphic design experience (highly desirable)
  • Website management (WordPress)
  • Ability to understand current and future trends in the social media space
