 The opportunity:

Outstanding opportunity for a Talent specialist to shape the process, creation and inception of talent reviews and succession planning for management of staff:

  • Talent reviews
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Development and packaging of IP to support senior and middle level talent programs
  • Proactively grow the Diversity and Inclusion talent pool

The applicant:

  • Proven experience in establishing and implementing succession processes and programs
  • Strong ability to work across a diverse range of business teams
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to implement creative and original ways of attracting talent
  • Change management expertise
  • Strong team player, with the ability to influence others
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in developing talent presentations and reports
  • Solution focused
  • Understanding of market trends in attracting and retaining talent
  • Professional experience designing and implementing Talent and Succession programs
  • Degree qualified
